As the Project Communication Manager for the "Forest Prosperity" initiative by the Association of Forest Product, I spearheaded the development and execution of a comprehensive communication strategy. This project aimed to promote sustainable practices among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the non-timber forest product sector.

My Role and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Communication Planning: I crafted a detailed communication plan that aligned with the project's objectives to increase awareness and encourage sustainable practices. This involved identifying key messages, target audiences, and the most effective channels for message dissemination.
- Content Creation: I was responsible for creating every piece of content, which included press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and educational materials. My role required a high level of creativity and adaptability, given the small team size and the necessity for multitasking.
- Team Coordination and Leadership: Despite the small team size, I effectively coordinated between different stakeholders, including SMEs, environmental experts, and marketing professionals, to ensure that all communications were accurate, timely, and impactful.
- Monitoring and Reporting: I implemented tools and processes to monitor the effectiveness of our communication efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact and reach.
